Su Kroker’s “Nelumbo” necklace presents itself as delicate as flowers and at the same time sculptural and playful. This silversmith and metal designer has been working with gold and silver wire for 15 years now. Her technique of implementing her feminine designs according to textile techniques does not diminish their sketch-like lightness. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Su Kroker now lives in the Netherlands where she has been working in her atelier in Blokzijl near the Ijsselmeer since 2003.
