Three different signature styles, united by consummate craftsmanship, is one way of describing the atelier exhibition organized by Ute Strothotte and featuring Jacqueline Ryan, Ursula Commandeur as well as herself. Jacqueline Ryan ranks among the elite of the international jewelry scene. “I love nature, but I am also inspired by the decorative arts of ancient cultures such as that of the Ancient Egyptians or the Etruscans,” is a core statement of this artist who was born in London and now lives in Todi, Umbria.

Ceramist Ursula Commandeur won the North-Rhine Westphalia State Prize for ceramics and the “Gold Coast International Ceramic Art Award”. Her main focus is on creating impressive, sculptural porcelain and wire objects. In the size of a brooch, these creations exude an almost magical charm.

Ute Strothotte likes to explore the exciting sense of tension between surface, body and décor. Looking back on a wealth of experience, this jewelry designer pays particular attention to the wearing comfort of her pieces.
