The “yedris” rings designed by Bettina Geistlich, a Swiss designer, unite precise construction and nature-oriented symbolism. The pieces’ shape, material and crafting technique form an inseparable entity. The airy, flexible body of each ring’s “flower sphere” is composed of six identical, abstract flowers crafted from round wire. The loose construction invites both the beholder and the wearer to reflect upon it and to try to find the links. It’s amazing how complex something simple can be.
